Mowing, Maintenance and Repair Vendors
Lists for mowing, maintenance and repair vendors are only accessible by Property Owners under the Documents Section of the online portal. Please let any board member know if you have additional recommendations for any vendors to be added to this list.
This information is being provided as a courtesy to assist property owners with contacts for mowing, maintenance, and/or repairs of their properties. The POA Board does not recommend a particular vendor, nor does the Board accept liability for or warranty or guarantee their work.
As a reminder, as outlined in our CC&Rs, Owners are liable for the work of their contractors and subcontractors as to damage to our roads, this includes mowing contractors as well. The service providers you hire must be made aware that they must be careful in how they stage their equipment. They should off-load and re-load on your lot rather than on roads.
